Something wrong with amx_nick command

Some players seem to have problem changing their name on dd2 server , i noticed myself that i cant change peoples name with amx_nick via console , it says i changed it but doesnt apply/change on the screen..

anyone else having this problem? thanks

@ Softness  Just copy the full name.

You have to do something like this, example: amx_nick "Dollar #sG" "[sG] Dollar"

Put the two names in quotes.

Ahh! Yes.. I am also faced the issue. Mostly its happen in D2 server. Sometimes in CTF server also. But Its fully working in other two server.

It has never happened to me.  

If I do that in DD2 and it always works.

I remember Mighty telling me it changes their name changes after they disconnect from the server, something along the lines of the server preventing them from changing their name while in game to prevent cheaters trying to trick admins/other players

If amx_nick not work for any player then kick the player. If he reconnect the server then ban him.

Amx_name is not working properly we need to update the name list of the plugin.
